Week10 Attempting Tracing Paper

Tracing paper is a low opacity paper that allows light to pass through. When tracing paper is placed over a picture, it is easy to see the picture through the paper. It is therefore easy to find the edges in the picture and to trace the image onto the tracing paper.

I want the viewer to be able to see through the blurred paper and see the graphics and content I have created.
